We have all discussed and participated in lots of drawing room talks about deficiencies in India's system and how things are so bad in this country. We often complain about dysfunctional nature of our systems and institutions of governance. Frustrated with the dysfunctional nature of India's systems, many bright and intelligent people leave the country for better prospects of working in US or Europe or some other country.

But, surprisingly very few of us ever take any step for improving things for which we so often complain. The onerous task of reforming the systems is of course the responsibility of someone else, seems to be our eternal thinking. We would only want to enjoy the fruits of such reforms. How many of us come out and take the plunge, 'to soil our hands', so to set things right by systemic reforms. Perhaps the reason lies in the fact that there is no organization or platform, where one can participate and air their feelings and suggestions.

'Innovative Radical Reforms Organization' (IRRO) provides such a platform for those, who wish to participate, make suggestions and efforts for improving different systems and institutions of governance, namely the political system, bureaucratic system, judicial system and finally the wealth generating business systems. It is committed to make a focused and sustained effort for bringing all those who wish to be part of the new agenda of reforms and share our objectives.

The concept of this NGO arose with the basic and fundamental premise that people who complain about things or those who feel dissatisfied with the working of the present systems must gather together on one platform and make useful suggestions and put in efforts for improving India's institutions of governance and their systems.

Therefore, IRRO is a platform to voice your grievances and make suggestions for reforming the systems. It is not just a talk shop, it is a solution based organization for improving things in an innovative and radical manner, so as to improve things exponentially rather than incrementally.
